Cancellation Policy

Full refund requires 24 hours cancellation notice. No refunds (0%) if you provide OBS less than 24 hours notice of cancellation. No voicemail, text or email cancellations are permitted. All cancellations need to be completed online or with the scheduler. Hourly room rentals allow for 10 min before the hour and 10 min after the hour for early arrival, prep and tidy up time for the next clinician. Hourly times: 7:50am- 9:10am, 9:50am- 11:10am, 11:50am - 1:10pm, 1:50pm- 3:10pm, 3:50pm-5:10pm, 5:50pm- 7:10pm and 7:50pm - 9:10am. Monday-Saturday *Sundays - 5:50pm is the last booking. Please be respectful of the next guests scheduled to occupy the room after you. Please tidy up and sanitize following your session. Please be mindful of the time so that the incoming clinician is able to start timely for their scheduled appointment time. Session time begins according to your paid, scheduled appointment time; not when you or your client(s) arrive to the office. More than 2 late exits will result in termination of your OBS membership.
