Cancellation Policy

Weekday rates do not apply to OBV organized workshop rates. If there is not a scheduled booking following your event and your event goes over the allotted time, you will be charged $30 for every 15 minutes until you check out of the venue. Maximum overtime allotted=1 hour; i.e 15 min = $30, 30 min = $60, 45 min = $90, 60 min = $120. Extra time must be approved by the Weekday Coordinator.
